Nanchang Institute of Technology

Nanchang Institute of Technology (NIT), founded in 1958, is a public university located in Nanchang, capital of Jiangxi Province in the east central of China. NIT covers a land area of 1.30 million square meters with a total building area of 659700 square meters and owns Yaohu Campus and Pengjiaqiao Campus. NIT boasts beautiful scenery, pleasant environment,excellent educational and teaching resources.

As a tertiary educational institution,NIT specialises in multidisciplinary education of engineering, management,science, agriculture, liberal arts, economics, fine arts etc., and has distinctive characteristics in the discipline of water conservancy and electric power. With over 19838 full-time students,including 1171 graduate students and 9 international students, and more than 1600 staff members, NIT proudly offers 64 undergraduate programmes and 13 postgraduate programmes which are highly recognized by students and employers. Also,10 provincial-level key laboratories or engineering research centers in NIT facilitate and support its high quality education.

NIT is proud to offer bachelor's courses on Sino-Dutch programme of Civil Engineering and Sino-Korean programme of Electrical Engineering and Automation. NIT has been recruiting international students since 2017 .
